How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day, usually the same afternoon. If you are travelling within 48 hours, call rather than email — we can confirm on the spot.
How do I pay?
We send a payment link once the session is confirmed. You can also pay on the day by card. We do not take a deposit for single sessions; weekend camps require 30% to hold the place.
Can you take a group or a school?
Yes. We run dedicated sessions for schools, clubs and corporate groups, with the ratios adjusted accordingly. Get in touch with numbers and dates and we will put a plan together.
Do you hire out boards without a lesson?
To people who have surfed with us before, yes. If we have not seen you in the water we will ask you to do a session first — it is a safety judgement rather than an upsell.
